Rachel Alger: Rachel Alger is a 22-year-old student and artist living in Reno, NV, currently finishing up her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her work is originally rooted in the photographic process, but has lately become interested in both 3D work and the printmaking process. She is heavily inspired by the nature of memory, traumatic experiences and recollection, psychology, fairy tales, and the surrounding world. She has a supreme interest in the relationship between childhood and adulthood and how those childhood experiences shape adulthood.
